Why MAGSAT
Making a career choice is perhaps the toughest decision of your professional life. Only a well-informed, analyzed and sound decision rewards you with the best career opportunity. We understand your seriousness, inhibitions and doubts and hence want to put forth some facts to help you make the correct career choice:
- Most of the institutions now focus on giving a degree with theoretical knowledge, but the industry demands “skills”, which is not being focused on.
- Multiple reports suggest that only 50% of the graduates are fit to be employed in any job.
- Acquiring the right skills is much more important than only a ‘Degree’ with theoretical knowledge in this era of cutthroat competition.
- Even in case of wide unemployment or recession, people with the right set of skills were able to work successfully and make a name for themselves.
- Certain sectors have been providing employment to majority of the graduates and would continue to give more jobs along with job security. Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) is one such sector.
- Proper mentoring and guidance is compulsory along with the right skills. The best way to get such guidance is from industry experts.
If you want to get the right skills to help you in gaining the right jobs, NIBF® brings its flagship course – PGCBF, a course recognized across the BFSI industry. To secure admission into PGCBF, register yourself for NBAT 2018.
